The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. The apartment is a 15m² studio on the 1st floor (no elevator). A bourgeois district, where many banks set up shop after the Bourse was built, it boasts some very fine architecture, notably in Rue Réaumur, a symbol of 20th-century architectural innovation. You'll also find one of the 5 royal squares of Paris (and one of the least well-known): Place des Victoires. An arrondissement at the crossroads between the Grands Boulevards and the Paris Royal du Louvre. Not the liveliest, but it's a great place to stroll and discover, especially around rue Montorgueil. Very central.
