Beach chairs are available. Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. This is a single story private entrance duplex, you will have the first floor of the home but there are a few steps to the door. The laundry room is in the basement and there are a few steps down to the basement. Beach essentials included are beach towels and chairs. No other beach essentials indicated by any other marketing channels are included in this listing. The booking platform beach essentials links indicates that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
