The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a cozy living area with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with storage space, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Located on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, a street honoring the renowned liberal reformer José Xavier Mouzinho da Silveira, you'll be surrounded by some of the most iconic tourist attractions in the city. The beautiful Rua da Flores, just 400 meters away, leads you to the Ribeira, one of the oldest areas of Porto, where you can enjoy views of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge and visiting Cais de Gaia to taste Port Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or exploring the WOW Multi-Experience Center. The Mercado Ferreira Borges, Palácio da Bolsa, Avenida dos Aliados, Torre dos Clérigos, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance from the apartment. The best public transportation option is the São Bento Train or Metro Station, about 400 meters away, along with various bus options nearby. A tip is to take bus 500, which departs from São Bento Station and runs along the Douro River, passing through Foz, the beaches, and ending at the Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and fresh fish from the city. On the street itself, you'll have access to shops offering local crafts and jewelry, as well as cafés and restaurants. The Cardosas Parking Lot (paid) is 270 meters away from the apartment. Important note: there are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control but may affect your stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency to ensure the expectations of our guests are met. Our mission is to make sure Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV pack. If these expenses exceed the limit, the excess amount will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow access for inspections when requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment!
