Welcome to your next vacation spot! Lantana 44 is a modern open-plan apartment situated in the gated Lantana Resort. The apartment holds an open plan layout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private balcony set up for outdoor dining and lounging. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom and leads directly onto the balcony, while the guest bedrooms have comfy double beds and share a bathroom. All of the rooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living area has the equipped kitchen to its left with a fridge, kettle, cutlery, and all necessary amenities. You will enjoy cable TV in the living room as well. Lantana Resort is located along the popular Platinum Coast in an area known as Weston, St. James. The development is fully gated and offers two communal swimming pools and night security. From here you’re approximately a 10-minute drive north of Holetown and a 5-minute drive South of Speightstown placing you in an ideal position to access and explore what these two towns offer. Further, you’re just a 5-minute walk to the beach which can be seen from your private balcony.
