The apartment is beautifully decorated, with light wooden flooring and stylish furniture that create a welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up meals, and the cozy bedroom offers a restful night's sleep with direct access to a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The Neighborhood
Mouille Point is a vibrant neighborhood known for its scenic promenade, popular with both locals and visitors. Just a short walk away, you'll find an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as the iconic Green Point Park and the Cape Town Stadium. Head to your right and you can reach Oranjezicht market with a 15min walk or V&A waterfront in 20. Head to your left and you can capture the beautiful ocean as you make your way to famous restaurants or my favourite, Saunders beach where locals enjoy a cold plunge after a long run. Right behind the building (3 min walk) is Greenpoint park, perfect for picnics, a big open park for kids, a run or just a relaxing day. Virgin Active is also right next door for your active or sauna needs. I hope our apartment serves as your home away from home, because that’s what it is for us. Enjoy alone, with your family or friends.
