Both are off of Rt. 33, less than 5 minutes from the house. ☑︎ Trailer parking is available at the marina (do not bring trailers or boats to the house - it is on a dead-end street). ☑︎ There are about 100 steps to access the private dock. ☑︎ There is year-round water at the dock (but steeper access/additional steps during the off-season due to the lake being lower during this time). ☑︎ The covered slip is not available (the owner's boat is stored in it), but the dock has two uncovered slips that can be used free of charge for your boats. ☑︎ This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
