The living room is designed for relaxation, with a plush couch and armchair arranged around a smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a full day exploring Branson. Just beside the windows, the dining table for four becomes your front-row seat to tranquil water views — whether you’re enjoying breakfast, playing cards, or sharing takeout from your favorite local spot. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV. This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • On-site coin operated laundry is available. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. • This home is a first-floor unit. • Please be aware that the resort charges a $30 fee at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the resort and provides access to the pool and fitness center as well as parking passes for your stay. • Pools, hot tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog (no more than 30 lbs) may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • Boat trailer parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the parking lot. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
