The first floor offers a large bedroom with king bed, TV, separate entry, sink and small refrigerator as well as a full bathroom tub shower combo. The second floor offers the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom with TV, as well as a large deck with gas heater, table & chairs for gathering with family and friends, ocean view and bi fold glass doors that open up all the way to create a lanai effect. The third floor bonus area offers a daybed with a trundle, a small sink and small refrigerator, a desk area for those working while on vacation, and the best of all a very private roof top deck with ocean views. The perfect place to sunbathe, watch the sunset as well as people watching. Leave all your daily stressors behind while sitting at the built in bar with your favorite drink as you watch the sea life while the sun is setting. Just steps to the sand Pixie deli, Venus Restaurant and bistro, a nice corner market and of course one of largest beaches in the county. Easy access to Hwy 1, north and south, so you can explore all Santa Cruz and Monterey, and all the towns in between have to offer.
