The large fireplace and smart TV make it a perfect gathering space with ample ambiance. KITCHEN AND DINING The top of the split-level space features the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, which look over the living area for a communal feel when preparing and eating your home-cooked meals. BED AND BATH Both bedrooms have a unique and stunning aesthetic. The guest bedroom features a gorgeous wooden bed frame and an abundance of southwestern artwork. High windows provide natural light while maintaining privacy. The primary suite features a romantic decorative kiva fireplace and a private patio. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
