Set on a sprawling lot, tropical trees & landscaping, this property offers endless views & luxurious privacy, set on the Point of Isle of Palms. After well spent days, gather in the home's 'Ocean Room', a sumptuous living room with astounding panoramic views. The home feels like a tropical resort. Retreat to the Pool House Cabana, with fire pit & outdoor kitchen. Chaise lounges & ample seating areas adorn the pool deck to bask in endless vantage points & views of the sea. Inside, 6 bedrooms total, all with beautiful Views, sleeps 15 total. The primary bedroom located on the second floor has spectacular ocean views from the bed as well as bathroom with a King Canopy bed, along with living space. Elevator services all three floors of the property and pool can be heated for an additional $850 a week. This is a very treasured property. Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Pets. There is a $200 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s). Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
