The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable. Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout. Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
