The principal bedroom offers a flexible super-king or twin setup, while the second ground-floor bedroom has a fixed king bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom sits on an open mezzanine level and also features a flexible bed configuration. There is one family bathroom serving the property. The open-plan living and kitchen space includes a dining table for six, a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and fast, reliable Starlink WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes longer stays easier and more comfortable. Cirencester is about 10–15 minutes by car, offering boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a strong sense of history. Kemble Station is nearby too, with direct trains into London, making this a practical base for both short breaks and longer stays. The property is dog-friendly.
