You'll be just a stone's throw from the Canal Saint Martin and the Quai de Loire, Paris' most emblematic quays; the Parc de Valmy and the Jardin Villemin are popular spots for picnics and relaxation. This location allows you to explore Paris on foot or using the easily accessible public transport system. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships.
