Welcome to this superb flat in the prestigious 16th arrondissement of Paris. Eligible for mobility lease. We are delighted to welcome you to our 45m2 apartment, nestled in a magnificent Haussman-style building. This apartment offers a superb ceiling height that you won't find anywhere else. This apartment is on 3 levels: - As you enter the apartment, you'll find a beautiful living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table, as well as a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. A separate toilet is available for added convenience. - From the living room, you have access to a mezzanine. This is a bedroom area with a sofa bed, and you'll find storage space there too. - Downstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. There's also a bathroom with bath, towel rail, washing machine and WC. There's plenty of storage space and high-speed Internet access (WiFi). Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is located on the first floor. Boulevard Flandrin is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, a residential neighborhood renowned for its elegance and calm. The neighborhood is mainly composed of wide avenues lined with sumptuous Haussmann buildings and luxurious mansions. It's close to the Bois de Boulogne, offering residents easy access to vast green spaces for leisure and outdoor activities. You'll find lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums and stunning architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not forgetting, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Not far away, you'll also find the Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you will need to collect the keys from our office. Arrival on a WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
