Nestled in the heart of Deauville, this sumptuous villa with its annex offers a luxurious and spacious stay for up to 18 guests. Spanning more than 300 square meters, the property is perfect for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort, elegance, and unforgettable moments by the sea. The main house can accommodate 12 people in six beautifully appointed bedrooms, while the independent annex at the bottom of the garden provides 6 additional beds (including one sofa bed), bringing the total capacity to 18 guests. Upon entering, the ground floor reveals a large and inviting living room, where a comfortable sofa invites you to relax in front of a big screen. Nearby, an elegant dining room seats up to 18 guests around a spacious table — perfect for lively, convivial meals. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) has everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Its proximity to the dining room encourages sharing and togetherness. The living and dining areas open directly onto a large terrace overlooking the garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. At the bottom of the garden, the annex house offers a cozy independent space with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a mezzanine with another double bed, and a sofa bed in the living area — accommodating six additional guests. It also includes its own kitchen and a shower room with WC.
