Second Floor Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom also features clothes hanging rail, chest of drawers and Smart TV. French doors leading to balcony with seating for 2. First floor 1x zip and link super king size (can be made as 2 full size singles on request) chest of drawers, smart tv, clothes hanging rail. 1 single room with desk and chair, clothes hanging and chest of drawers Large master bathroom with bath & shower over, demisting back lit mirror. Set in a quiet part of town at the bottom of Morrab Road, less than 30 seconds walk from the Sea. Morrab road houses the beautiful tropical Morrab Gardens cut through here to get into the center of Penzance, where bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and independant shops are plentiful. The house is close walking distance to the Jubilee Pool, Newlyn and Newlyn Beach. ~There is a stair gate at the bottom and top of the stairs, and travel cot and high chair available (we do not provide cot bedding). ~One well behaved Pet is welcome :) ~We also manage the 2 properties next door so if you have a large party please contact us to discuss availability for up to 18 guests. Please Note: This property has only ONE parking space, if you are arriving in more than one car please take note of our recommendations for parking for the additional cars.The Visitors Bay IS NOT to be used as we are not part of the permit scheme and do not have access to the space.
