About the Home
The apartment is located on the ground level of this quad-plex, just up a couple steps on the porch, opening out onto 4th St. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, a comfy loveseat, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom with a four poster bed, set with professionally laundered linens. -- NOTE: There is construction half a block away on the new 4th St Bridge. This may cause an excess of dust in the air and construction noises early in the morning into the evening.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
The Neighborhood
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic district with beautiful Italianate and Victorian style homes. Walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels and Keystone Bar and Grill and head up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House.

This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 1. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
