About the Home
As you step into this room and are surrounded by vintage details, blacks and golds, and industrial touches, we hope you’re reminded of the everyday life of merchants and factory workers post-industrial revolution. The history of this building has been uniquely woven into every detail of the design of each room. At different points in time, it was a soft drink factory, a pickle factory, and one of the first African-American Odd Fellows lodges. The original owner was Henry Wenzel, a successful businessperson and the reason for the name of this specific room. Two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, large windows with natural light, individual living areas with TVs, wifi, etc. One kitchenette inside the Wenzel Mod. The Wenzel Luxe and Wenzel Mod rooms are connected by a lockable door.
