About the Home
The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles!
Good to know
We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.
