About the Home
The apartment is located on the second level of this quad-plex, just up a staircase on the porch. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, and queen-sized pullout couch. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom, set with professionally laundered linens, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Behind the building you'll find a small garden area with a table and some chairs, as well as a few chairs on the porch, just outside the apartment door. -- NOTE: There is construction half a block away on the new 4th St Bridge. This may cause an excess of dust in the air and construction noises early in the morning into the evening.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
The Neighborhood
The Licking Riverside neighborhood is a quaint, historic neighborhood full of beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses. Dine at delicious local cafes and bakeries, go for a stroll along the river, and listen to some live music downtown.
Guest Access
This is Apartment 3 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the first floor deck up to the second floor deck and the door is the one with a 3 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 3. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
