Situated in a quiet wood setting just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the New River and the towns of Jefferson, West Jefferson and Wilkes, this home is close to all the activities that you may wish to do and see during your vacation. For some winter fun, head to one of our three most popular ski resorts: Appalachian Ski Mtn, Sugar Mtn, or Beech Mtn. Inside, you will find an open living, kitchen and dining floor plan. With vaulted ceilings, a massive stone gas fireplace and flat screen TV with cable TV, you’ll love cozying up and watching a good movie or sporting event. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need to prepare a quick snack or meal. The dining table offers seating for 4. The primary bedroom features a comfy queen bed, electric fireplace for those cool Carolina evenings and flatscreen TV with cable TV. There’s even a reading nook just off the bedroom with a half bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds – great for kids or singles. The full bath is next door to the bedroom and is accessible from the hallway. It features a shower/tub combo. Outside, there is plenty of deck space for grilling out on the gas grill or just enjoying a morning cup of coffee. You will love relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature as you reconnect.
