Guests of Amelia Landings can enjoy exclusive amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a private access trail to the beach. There is ample parking available. Take a leisurely stroll along the secluded boardwalk to the ocean. The property is within walking distance to beach-side restaurants, surf shops, bike and fish rentals, and an ice cream parlor. Explore the island's state park, hike, bird watch, or play putt-putt golf. Amelia Landings is also just a five-minute ride to the Historic Downtown District. Here, you can visit local clothing, antique, and souvenir shops, watch the sunset at the Fernandina Harbor Marina, and dine at unique local restaurants. Don't miss the farmers market on Saturdays! We provide all fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. For your beach days, we offer beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at Amelia Landings! Things to Note: We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach. Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season. All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself. There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
