Although this complex is beach front, the building is situated perpendicular to the beach. Unit 1-C is on the north side of the complex so there is NO beach view from the condo. However, if you open the door, and step onto the balcony, the beautiful beach comes into view to the south and lagoon to the north. Covered parking is available under the building, with additional parking spaces along each side of Sandpiper. 2 vehicles are the maximum allowed per HOA rules. Sandpiper is a three-story, low density (48 units) beach front condo complex on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Sandpiper is ideally located in the heart of Gulf Shores on the beach, just 1.4 miles from The Hangout. *There is a regular drip coffee maker in this condo.
