Casa della Luna

Description

Designed by the renowned architect Gianfranco Fini, celebrated for his work on La Marina de Casa de Campo and numerous prestigious villas, this modern masterpiece is a true testament to architectural and interior brilliance. Nestled in a private cul-de-sac surrounded by lush greenery and grand estates, this fully turn-key four-bedroom villa offers a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and style. Perched above the 9th hole of the La Romana Country Club golf course, the home is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and built with premium materials. A grand driveway leads to the entrance, flanked by two side patios and a main gallery that sets the tone for the spacious and thoughtfully designed interior. The villa features an expansive living and dining room, a library, a media room, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances. Outdoors, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and generous deck space by the gazebo provide the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Each of the four spacious bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with walk-in closets, large en-suite bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Modern furnishings are complemented by custom-designed local pieces, adding a unique touch to the home’s elegant design. Technological sophistication enhances the villa’s appeal, with a programmable Lutron lighting system, centralized sound system, custom home theater, and full connectivity through internet, telephones, and intercoms across all areas. Facing due east, the villa enjoys refreshing breezes throughout the day and night, making it a cool and inviting haven. This exceptional property combines innovative design, luxurious amenities, and unparalleled comfort, offering a truly remarkable living experience in Casa de Campo.
