This island resort condo offers the convenience of beautiful beach access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! The elevators are presently operational, but as mechanical devices, we cannot ensure they will remain functional throughout your stay. Please be aware that Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations cannot offer compensation or refunds due to any closed amenities during your stay** CONDO FEATURES Sundial A101 Is a 2-bedroom 2 bath ground floor condo. Direct beachfront corner unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This unit is located in the sought-after A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Bedrooms with all new mattresses feature a king in the master bedroom and a full bed plus a twin bed in the second bedroom. The living room provides a queen sleep sofa. A101 is one of few units offering a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. The Sundial buildings are equipped with an elevator service. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco beachfront on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pool, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away, with all the conveniences of home you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer! **Sundial Resort amenities are not available; however, you and your guests will have access to: Beautiful Sanibel Beach, just steps away 4 Community Pools, one of which is right by your building! 4 Provided Beach Chairs Beach Umbrella Beach Towels Community Grills Tennis and Pickleball available Free parking Free Wi-Fi in the Condo Resort restaurants and Tiki Bar ABOUT SANIBEL ISLAND AND THE COMMUNITY Sanibel Island has consistently been named a top island vacation destination for couples and families - regionally, nationally, and internationally.
