This beautiful three bedroom/two full bath condo makes you feel completely at home with its location, accommodations and style! This ground level unit has a patio and a BBQ for your outdoor dining pleasure. The open kitchen offers granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. A refreshing Community pool and hot tub are available for your use from the hours of 10 am to 10 pm, with HOA requiring that a person of age 18 or older accompany minors. ONLY 6 persons per unit may use the pool facility at one time. No outside food, drinks etc. (especially bottles) are allowed in the pool area. Parking: This home allows up to 2 cars. Cars must be in a legal parking stall. Trailers and RVs are not permitted. There is a garage space for 1 car. Stock: All homes provide linens and pillows for each bed. There is a minimum of two towels for each sleeping space. The cleaning fee also includes an initial supply of consumable items such as bath tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap provided for your convenience. Refills are the responsibility of the tenant. Primary: King Bed - Sleeps 1-2 persons Guest Room: Queen Bed - Sleeps 1-2 persons Bunk Room 2: 2 Full Size Bunks - Sleeps 1-8 persons Total 12 bed spaces available. NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval. CANCELLATION POLICY Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
