The living space highlights a Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a large sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper for 3 guests. From here, guests also have access to the fenced-in backyard with a gas grill, fire pit with seating, and a cushy manicured lawn. Back inside, the open kitchen with white shaker cabinets and granite counters is also equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up some signature dishes from home. A blender, coffee maker, toaster, and additional kitchenware are available for your convenience. The center island with 4 stools is ideal for entertaining and is sure to be the heart of the home when it’s time to serve up drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the table that fits 6-7 guests. The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and office space with a futon. Each sleeping quarter is fully furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. Bedroom #1, the primary suite, is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and en-suite. The en-suite features a double vanity and massive walk-in shower with custom marble tiling. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 are both furnished with Queen-size beds and share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The bathroom offers dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The Den, has a Twin-size futon that folds down. In addition to the full bathrooms, a half bathroom is located on the first floor allowing guests to easily refresh. The property is located in the Cleveland Park section of East Nashville, less than 3 miles from the heart of downtown. East Nashville is the perfect location to start and end your day from dozens of cafes to grab a coffee in the morning to mom-and-pop shops serving you some of Tennessee’s most authentic dishes. Here, you’ll get a lively but laid-back atmosphere allowing you to recoup after a day of adventure. When you’re ready, downtown Nashville is about a 7-minute drive, where you can go from day to night hopping around bars, restaurants, and shops all while hearing live music from talented artists. While downtown, be sure to stop at the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum and Cafe, and The Nashville Farmers Market to get a good taste of the local food and music culture. If you need a break from the action of downtown, the Grand Ole Opry is about a 14-minute drive from the property and the Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery is under 25 minutes. THINGS TO NOTE: Please note - this home is a private dedicated space for your stay, however, the backyard is a shared space with a long-term renter in the separate back unit. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.
