The Beach Club in Oscoda, Michigan, nestled on Lake Huron's northeastern shore, boasts natural beauty, sandy beaches, clear waters, and outdoor activities like fishing, boating, hiking, and camping. It's near parks like Huron National Forest and the Au Sable River. With a friendly, tight-knit community and local shops and restaurants, it offers a taste of local culture. Convenient highway access links it to Alpena and Bay City, making it a peaceful, family-friendly escape. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay.
