Located just off Upper Street in a charming and historic neighbourhood with plenty of shops, pubs and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance and easy access to Central London. Huge spaces, 1 king double bedroom, newly renovated kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath - experience the perfect blend of classic architecture and contemporary living in this prime location. The property is central enough to be easily accessible from the heart of the city, but local enough to have a neighbourhood feel. Nestled in the heart of Highbury and Islington this period property is a stones throw from the bustling Upper Street where you can find an array of restaurants and shops. Highbury fields is 6 minute walk and you can get to the waterside by Regent’s Canal to watch the sun go down, or take a stroll in the greenery of Highbury Fields. Then take yourselves off to a local pub such as the Draper’s Arms or The Albion, followed by delicious pasta at Trullo for dinner. For the morning, I’d recommend coffee and croissants from the local deli, Superette, or take a walk to High Ground or Pophams. The sofa is more decorative than plush. Has a beautiful Art Deco style, great for a short sit or for adding character to the space, but not ideal for extended lounging. There is a small TV in the bedroom The home is on the first floor. You are required to climb stairs in the building to reach the flat.
