Welcome to Beach Seaside Apartment, a charming flat with modern design and a prime location near the beach. Relax with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Ideal for families, it offers easy access to local attractions and unforgettable experiences in Vila Nova de Gaia. The flat offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a television for moments of relaxation. The bathroom has a shower. The living room is fully equipped with a television, dining table and a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to two additional people. The kitchenette is fully equipped, with a clean and functional design. Enjoy the balcony, perfect for feeling the sea breeze. For your comfort and convenience, the flat includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. Enjoy the vibrant Madalena area, with its Blue Flag beaches, perfect for relaxing and swimming. The Chapel of Senhor da Pedra, a 17th-century landmark, is within walking distance, offering a unique cultural experience. For dining and entertainment, bars and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. For your daily shopping, a supermarket is just 500 metres away. The centre of Porto is a 20-minute drive away, but Madalena offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow an employee of the host to inspect the property, providing monthly visits for this purpose. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! To make Vila Nova de Gaia more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.50 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
