With 1 private bedroom, a spacious loft, and 3 full bathrooms, there’s comfortable space for up to 6 guests to spread out. The living area offers room to gather, play games, and plan the day. Head outside to the outdoor seating area for fresh mountain air, or fire up the BBQ grill for simple, at-home meals. When it’s time to wind down, smart TVs in the bedroom and loft make movie nights a breeze, and the pack ’n play helps little travelers sleep comfortably. Community amenities include a hot tub and sauna—perfect for a post-adventure soak. You’ll also have assigned garage parking for straightforward arrivals any time of year, plus WiFi for staying connected. Please Park on the left-hand side of Garage #40. A parking pass is required and will be in the home upon arrival. • WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Laundry: Communal, pay-per-load laundry is available on site. • Community amenities: The hot tub and sauna are communal; availability and hours may vary. • Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
