Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. Please note that the property features two original artworks depicting classical nude figures. These are traditional paintings and form part of the interior design. However, prospective tenants who consider this detail important may wish to be aware. The artworks referenced are subtly edited in the marketing photographs to comply with platform advertising guidelines. The original pieces are present in the property. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
