Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Jan 6 – Dec 17 • 50% due at booking • Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival • Cancellations 60+ days before arrival are refundable • 59 days or less: no refund Dec 18 – Jan 5 and Thanksgiving Week • 50% due at booking (non-refundable) • Remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival • No date changes unless force majeure; changes valid for 11 months from cancellation date. • No refunds for rate changes due to seasonality. Note: US$150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was via wire transfer. If payment was by credit card, a 4% processing fee will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age requirement: Reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • This is a no-smoking property. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • Use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
