🏠 House Rules & Additional Information * 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. * 🎶 Please keep noise to a respectful level, avoid loud music, and do not host parties. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. * 👶 A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. * 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. 🧼 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies. Extra towels can also be arranged on request for an additional fee. ✨ Starter Kit A starter kit of essential consumables is provided for your first few days. This includes tea, coffee, Nespresso pods, basic cooking items, toiletries, cleaning supplies, dishwashing products, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.
