Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Visitors require prior approval. • Swimming pools and other shared facilities are managed by the complex and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances outside our control. • Scheduled pool, garden or property maintenance may occasionally take place during your stay. 🧺 Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property and ensure your continued comfort. A fee of $239 per service applies. • Daily housekeeping is not provided. • Lost or damaged keys, fobs or remotes are subject to replacement costs, plus any applicable call-out fees. • Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless a later check-out has been approved in advance. In addition, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool facilities within the complex, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Street Parking is available for your convenience.

• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests • No parties, events or gatherings • No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or in common areas • No pets • Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM • Please keep noise and music to a respectful level at all times • Turn off air conditioning and lights whenever you leave the apartment • Please do not remove furniture, linen, towels or other items from the property • Children must be supervised at all times • Please respect all shared areas and building rules • Free parking is available on Lilly Street — please park legally and avoid blocking driveways or access areas • Please report any damage, breakages or maintenance issues as soon as possible • Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless a later time has been approved in advance • Both sets of guest keys must be returned to Letterbox 14 at check-out Thank you for respecting the property and our neighbours.
