Starter Supplies Included We provide a starter pack of essentials to help you settle in comfortably until you have a chance to visit the shops. Pantry basics: salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee pods, tea, sugar and UHT milk. Bathroom basics: shampoo, conditioner and hand/body wash. Cleaning basics: laundry wash, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and all-purpose cleaner. Self Check-In The apartment offers self check-in, making arrival simple and flexible. Mid-Stay Cleans Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays of more than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $129 per service applies. Luggage Storage We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. For convenient nearby luggage storage options, we recommend using Stasher. Shared Facilities The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests of the building. House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * For longer stays, guests may wish to top up starter supplies as needed.

Guest Access

Guests will enter the studio through a shared dual-key entryway. Once inside the entry foyer, there is private access to the studio apartment and shared access to the laundry.

House Rules and Terms

✔ Guest Limit: The home is for registered guests only (as per your booking). No parties or events. ✔ Visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact your host if you’d like to have visitors at the property. Exceeding the guest limit, including infants and children, may result in booking termination. ✔ Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional fee, please contact us if you wish to schedule a Mid-stay clean or linen change. If the home is left in an unreasonable state, excess cleaning fees may apply. ✔ Respect the Peace: This is a tranquil retreat within a peaceful community. No loud noise or parties. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. ✔ No Pets: Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. ✔ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, including all outdoor areas. ✔ Keys: If keys are lost or misplaced, replacement costs apply, plus a call-out fee if someone is required to attend the property. ✔ Damages: If any damage occurs (we understand accidents happen!), please let us know right away so we can arrange repairs or replacements before the next guests arrive. ✔ Pool Safety: Glassware is not allowed in the pool area—please use plastic cups. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this space peaceful and welcoming for all guests.
