The best feature of this home is the nice deck and large fenced yard with built in seating and fire pit. Rio Del Mar shopping center is just a half a mile up the road and offers restaurants, shopping, banks etc. Cafe Rio, Pixie Deli, Rio Bistro as well as a small market are also just a few blocks away next to the beach. The beach is just a short 8-10 min flat easy walk and offers the longest stretch of sand in Santa Cruz County. A few beach chairs and a wagon are provided.
