After a day out, the pool, fire pit, and open outdoor space invite you to slow down and settle in. Sleeping arrangements This home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping options for families and groups. Bedroom 1 features one king bed. Bedroom 2 includes 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 3 offers 1 queen bed, 2 single beds. Each room is supported by bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage to help you stay comfortable throughout your visit. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water. Outdoor living The backyard centers around a pool, creating a natural gathering spot for cooling off or unwinding at your own pace. A fire pit sets the scene for evening conversations, while outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it easy to spend time outside. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for preparing meals, and the open backyard provides space for games or simply stretching out. Indoor comfort & convenience Inside, the home includes air conditioning and heating to keep the temperature comfortable year-round. A TV offers entertainment when you’re ready to relax indoors, and Wifi along with a dedicated workspace supports remote work or planning your next outing. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during longer stays. Kitchen & dining The kitchen gives you space to cook your own meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker available. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a group dinner, the setup makes it easy to gather and dine together. Location & neighborhood Set in a quieter area of Pensacola, the home offers a balance between peaceful surroundings and access to nearby highlights. Pensacola Beach, NAS Pensacola, and the Naval Aviation Museum are about 25 minutes away, while Perdido Beach is around 30 minutes and Downtown Pensacola is approximately 15 minutes from the property. The area is known for its welcoming atmosphere, local events, and coastal charm along the Gulf of Mexico. Additional details Free parking on premises and free street parking are available. The home is pet-friendly and supports long term stays. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival experience. Note: Propane not included for grill. The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach.
