Bathroom · One full bathroom with washbasin and mirror. Hairdryer provided. Living and dining A corner sofa, a coffee table and a dining table with chairs, which also works for a laptop. Wi-Fi. Kitchen L-shaped with white cabinets and an island with high stools: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender, plus pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Terrace Chairs and a view over the park and the city. Practical Underfloor heating runs from 5 June to 1 September, and there is also an electric heater. No air conditioning. Self check-in with a digital lock. In the building Pool (summer only, December to March), gym, laundry room, a multi-purpose room with barbecue areas, a cinema room and a children's play park.
