This enchanting downtown Charleston home features two cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, perfectly blending rustic and coastal vibes. Enjoy the 400 square feet of verandah, complete with a haint blue coffered ceiling, rocking chairs, and outdoor dining. The interior features a corner Master bedroom with a King bed and adjoining full bath. The second bedroom is at the other end of the home and features lots of light. Second full bath is adjoining, as are a full-size washer and dryer. The living area serves as a flex space with a queen-size sofa bed plus two twin beds. Plenty of space for living or sleeping, depending on your needs! The kitchen is newly renovated and features marble countertops, open wood shelving, vintage look refrigerators, a coffee station, and seating for 8. Bedroom 1: King and a Twin Trundle Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Living Area: 1 Queen Sofa-bed PARKING: This unit offers ONE off-street parking spot. Additional parking is located a block away in the City of Charleston parking garage at a charge of $18 per day. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This rental is fully legal and licensed with the City of Charleston: STR Permit OP2025-06299 and Business License BL020706-07-2020 The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants! Each house is beautifully unique. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night. 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. 🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. 🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. ❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating. 🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. 🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. 🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. 🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances: ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans. ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind. ✅ By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website. 📞 If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out prior to your stay.
