Colorado nights cool naturally into the 60s—open windows at night and close in the morning to keep temps pleasant. • Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, yard work, and plant care. Plant care is scheduled for Fridays to care for several live plants (around 12:15). They will ring the doorbell before entering. • Jets in bathtub are not operational • For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. • The kitchen is on the lower level, and access to the backyard is through the main bedroom • This unique home comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Including multiple workstations (monitors included) and a private home gym, it makes for a perfect work-from-home environment. The house has an evaporative cooler for use in the warm summer months (not central air). • Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation. •Garage gym available for your use. •Street parking is conveniently available out front •The property is filled with unique antiques and vibrant plants that create a cool vibe.
