House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. * A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $189 per service applies.

• Noise: Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Security patrols the complex from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and throughout the complex. A $350 cleaning fee applies for breaches. • Pool & BBQ Areas: Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Please note quiet time begins at 9:30 p.m. No glass is permitted in pool areas, children must be supervised at all times, and BBQs should be cleaned after use. • Parking: Please use your allocated parking space or designated visitor parking areas. Parking on grassed areas is not permitted. Trailers, caravans and motorhomes cannot be accommodated. Additional street parking is available on Mann Street. • Waste & Recycling: Please dispose of rubbish in the bin shed. Use the red-lid bins for general waste and yellow-lid bins for recycling. • Security: For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the apartment. • Pets: Pets are not permitted within the complex. • Laundry: Please use the drying rack provided. Hanging clothing, towels or other items from balconies is not permitted. • Towels: Beach towels are provided for pool and outdoor use. Please keep bath towels inside the apartment. • Cleaning: Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges at $65 per hour. Stained or damaged linen and towels may require replacement at the guest's expense. • Departure: Before checking out, please switch off all lights and air conditioning units. If you require assistance during your stay, please contact us directly, as the on-site office is unable to assist with private holiday rentals.
