The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Bedrooms & Bathroom Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed, quality linen, a Smart TV, and built-in wardrobes. Second Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen bed, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom: A modern space with a double vanity, a full-size bathtub with a shower, and a separate toilet. Fresh towels and a starter set of amenities are provided. Kitchen & Laundry Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including: Gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle & toaster Air fryer and a full set of cookware An internal laundry with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. * A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $239 per service applies.
