This octagonal, lakefront home has all the ambience of a modern treehouse, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that frame the adjacent lagoon and the manicured 18th green at Crooked Oaks. Step inside to find an airy living room with contemporary furnishings, a TV, and doors that open to the lakefront deck, where you can view the local wildlife as you sip your morning coffee. Just beyond the dining table and the spiral staircase (which leads down to the washer/dryer) is an open, compact kitchen, fully appointed with every necessity. There's also a small gas grill and a picnic table in the outdoor space underneath the cottage if you're planning to cook and dine at home. At night, you'll have your choice of a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a TV, and views of the golf course. The guest room features a TV to watch your favorite shows as you lounge. This home sits on the edge of the 18th green at Crooked Oaks Golf Course on Seabrook Island, with the beach an easy walk or bike ride away.
