In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed with the aforementioned Purple Restore mattress, and the secondary bedroom features a Twin Sized Bed. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets. A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less! Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa! - PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.
