Located in the beautiful Waters Edge HOA, this Lakefront condo is waiting for you! Turn on your favorite shows on the Smart TV and gather around with some hot chocolate with the fireplace on. Wake up to crisp lakefront views and have your warm morning coffee. Make sure to cook a hearty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before heading out to Homewood! Each bedroom has 2 beds, so you'll have plenty of space! The master bedroom has a King and Queen bed with sliding patio doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds. There is 1 designated parking spot. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Please remember to only park in your home's designated parking space, do not leave any excess trash outside, and only contact us (not the HOA at this home) for any questions. Walk out your back door to the pier and sandy beach while enjoying the views. Take a trip on the new West Shore Bike Path to Chambers Landing, Sugar Pine Point State Park or the Tahoe Rim Trail. The West Shore Cafe is 2 miles away, great for lakefront dining. Just a 3 min drive will take you to the Homewood Mountain Resort for some skiing and snowboarding. Permit # VHR22-0140 Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
