Casita Encanto (Enchanting little House), located in the quiet and friendly Casa Solana (sunlight; eastern wind) neighborhood, is your escape to beautiful Santa Fe NM. Centrally located - 1.5 miles from downtown plaza by car or a beautiful 20 min scenic walk. A short drive to ski basin, historical sites and museums. The home is private, comfortable and located centrally for easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer. To insure the safety of our guests, here are some of the things we are doing: • For your safety as well as the safety of our employees, the property is meticulously cleaned before and after each guest. We always hold a 24 hour vacancy window before and after each and every reservation. Our home is sanitized using CDC recommended sanitizers and cleaners. All areas that were potentially touched by prior guests are sanitized including, chairs, seats and couches, door knobs, kitchen counters, tables, remotes, light switches, faucets handles, etc. • Rooms are ionized and ventilated while cleaning, all linens, towels, sheets, including bedspreads and blankets, are hot water washed after every stay. You can walk to these places on the El Camino Real trail that is literally one block from the house. This trail is highlighted by various types of artwork, numerous parks and follows the Santa Fe River. In other words, an absolutely beautiful walk or bicycle ride. Strategically located, you have a 10 minute drive to reach the breathtaking Santa Fe National Forest for hiking, picking or photography. Another 15 minutes further and you are at the Santa Fe Ski basin ski lifts. Additionally Casita Encanto is just a short drive to numerous historical sites such as Jemez Springs, Madrid, Ghost Ranch, Los Alamos, Taos, Chimayo sacred Sanctuary, Rancho de las Golondrinas, Ojo Caliente Springs, Bandelier National Monument, to name a few. He was famous for incorporating unique Santa Fe features such as vigas, kiva fireplaces and adobe architecture into production homes of consistent quality.
