Other things to note There are 3 total units on the property that are all separate. The exterior courtyard area in the back is shared with all guests on the property. There are multiple seating areas as well as a ping pong table and corn hole! *There is double-sided, adjoining door between the Studio and the Villa that locks from each side. If desired, both of the units can be rented to create a 3 bedroom space. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. Beach chairs are located in the black, storage bin behind the outdoor patio furniture.
