Kindly note that should we have Load Shedding in South Africa. We have an inverter in place for WiFi and TV so it remains uninterrupted. 📣Kindly note that there are buildings around us that run generators in order to keep power on, as well as the grocery store and hotel aircon fans which run in the road behind the building. There are also deliveries at the back of the shopping center. So some noise can be expected from the fans or morning deliveries. Trustees have brought to our attention that maintenance will be undertaken at Unit 42, commencing on the Thursday, 21 May 2026, (3 doors down) which shall continue for approximate 16 Weeks to completion of the project. Please be aware that there will be unavoidable noise disturbances during the works being undertaken. Working hours will be strictly adhered to, to avoid as much inconvenience to residents as possible. Please note renovation hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm. Your understanding in this regard would be much 🙏Please do not rate us on this as we are already warning you🙏 Please note the apartment is on the top (third) floor and there is no elevator. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 per request. If available. Please enquire If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
