GE/TA #112-500-0192-01 Availability Great location with ample space. We stayed here with our adult sons and their families. The home is equipped with three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms attached. House well stocked with kitchen appliances and dinnerware. We particularly appreciated the location, within walking distance to two beaches, even for the littles. Also available was a rolling wagon that accommodated beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys (again, all supplied by the owners). Finally, the communication was mostly good (we had AC issues that they responded to immediately), and gave reminders about when to put out garbage and check out. Check-out, by the way, was a short list .... we've stayed other places that require quite a list of to-dos! If we were to come back to this island, we would stay here again. My family of four, my sister's family of three and our parents all felt very comfortable in this beautiful home. The location is great, we walked to the pool and beach everyday. The only thing I would caution is there is no AC in the shared spaces (this was noted in the listing description). It wasn't a problem for us, the weather was nice, and the fan's provided kept the area cool enough, but I don't know how I would have felt if we came in the middle of the summer or if the weather was very hot! Beautiful large home with lots of amenities. Easy access to everything and close walk to the beach Located in a very quiet neighborhood, our family of 10 enjoyed this home for a week celebrating an anniversary. One walking path led you to Shipwreck beach and another one the opposite direction led you to the pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and Brennecke's Beach. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, ice chest, a wagon, and two bikes were all waiting for us in the garage to use and boy did we use them. Only recommendation would be to have a dining table that can accommodate 10 instead of 8. Great location. In a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, tennis courts. Only 20 min drive from the airport. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Updated bathrooms and open concept made it very comfortable. Great location! The house provided good accommodations for our two families, 10 people, to have plenty of sleeping space and room to play games. Games and beach accessories were very helpful. This house is spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and stylish. It had everything we needed—from beach gear to the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. The location is peaceful and conveniently close to great beaches, restaurants, and shopping, whether by a short walk or drive. 10/10 for everything. The house is beautiful and kept in great, clean condition.
